Convenient location but definitely a budget hotel experience. The communal areas, stairs, windows etc are not very clean. Also parking is an additional £9.90 per night.

Just by the train station so very handy, city centre just a short walk away,making it great for city breaks and having all you need near you. In the room my bed was so comfortable and spacious with a nice big bath. Room was clean and had a fridge and tv, kettle, again everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had the deluxe room and for the money I paid I got a great bargain. I will definitely book again in the future.

Really solid hotel and great value, good location and friendly staff, could do with a bit of a deep clean, especially the hallway I was on, but I can't knock it for the price I paid. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Derby Station, which is very helpful for travelers. However, the room was a little dark, and the lift was out of service during our stay, which could be inconvenient if you have luggage. The bed was too soft for our comfort, and it was difficult to adjust the shower temperature properly. Although it only takes a minute to reach the train station, it’s about a 20-minute walk to get to the main city centre. On the positive side, the check-in process was quick, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Elevator was out of door, very old structure building, room are very small, poor washrooms, breakfast was just ok.

The place was nice and simple. Very good location near the station and not far from the city centre. Good value for money if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights. Staff were pleasant.

Reception very good and polite. Room nice and clean and comfortable. breakfast was very good and plentiful too.
