The hotel is fantastic, located in the city center. It’s new and equipped with everything you need, the rooms are large. The breakfast is varied and good, and the staff is very kind.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for summer travel, with air conditioning and a fan. Breakfast, including both English and continental options, was satisfactory. The location was convenient, with numerous dining and beverage establishments nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked this hotel as we were attending women’s football at Derby Pride Park.  We used the NCP car park which was only. 5min walk.  All the staff were smart, well mannered and helpful.  The room was a good size and were surprised to have a full sized bath as well as a powerful shower.  Fantastic breakfast selection where all food was replenished as soon as it was getting low. The only negatives for us was the fact we found some rubbish near the bed along with evidence of dust, one of the bed sheets was torn and one of the bedside wall lamp units was hanging off the wall but still functional. Overall a really lovely hotel  and ideally situated for the football stadium as well as taking in the local sites/ shopping centre (straight over the road)

Not too bad, apart from the construction going on in the hallways on our floor and longer walks to the lift and exit stairs, breakfast is reasonable, nice lady Honey, the breakfast staff nice staff, reception staff is good, room is good. Nice view.

Great stay

If possible, advise the hotel guest to pay attention to the Bus Lane in Derby, so that there is no penalty ticket for the hotel guest
