Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground

it was so so far from the city and when i went up i realised the aircon was down. anyway i went down to ask abt it and they made me carry a fan up myself

Tha staff we're friendly very helpful. The place spotless. There's not a lot more I can possibly say but I'll be back and I would recommend this travelodge too anyone.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends on 26th June, the hotel is clean and tidy with a welcoming atmosphere. All staff were great and the service was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Excellent Hotel, staff very friendly, enjoy stopping here when we vist family. Room very clean and well presented, evening meal was lovely, thank u Angela. Can I say a massive thanks to Gary,Marie and Maxine always go above and beyond.

Hands down the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my life. Room was incredibly hot, aircon not working, fan provided but diabolical. Luckily we brought our own fans. Beds are the most uncomfortable beds known to man, they probably have better beds in prisons. Shower gel dispenser was broken and what was in it looked like swamp slime. Windows don’t open far which I understand is for safety but what about the safety of overheating? Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Couldn't get in room at 1st as incorrect instructions on key card. Shower gel dispenser in shower was broken, air con didn't work, had to set tv up, remote control for TV wasn't working and had to ask for another. On the plus side, had a lovely shower, good nights sleep on a comfy bed. Hopefully it will be an improvement when I come back in September. Night reception and manager in morning were helpful.

All the staff were all friendly but I must say Marie went above and beyond she definitely is an asset to the hotel

I would like to say how good all the staff are but especially Marie she was stand out the best always working , always happy and helpful . She is an asset to you and your company.

Came with partner and children to visit family. Was a lovely hotel only problem was how the breakfast area is set up and not enough places to seat was very busy when we went but other than that it was a great hotel lovely staff
