因為之前是一個人來，這次是兩個人過來，有點失望的，酒店的設施太糟糕了！給自己打過預防針，這是小鎮上要求不能太高，所以我還選擇瞭如家連鎖品牌的一個酒店，但是沒想到還是踩坑了！
挺無語的兩件事：1.訂的大床房兩個人入住，洗簌用品牙刷衹有1個，挺無語～
2.浴巾都破了，有洞，而且還有撕開的很大的口子，還拿出來給客人用嗎？
3.酒店裡的浴巾有蟲子～
還好我們自己帶了浴巾！當時想忍忍就過去了，挺失望的，我對湖州，德清的期待還是蠻高的，但是真的讓人失望！有圖有真相

看評分不高，有點猶豫。其實住下來，蠻好的，裝修風格復古，倒也配合古鎮；地點好，離古鎮100米；住在靠街邊的房間，晚上沒有汽車聲，早上也難得幾聲。評分是個別差評拉下來的

我們雖然凌晨到的酒店前台，但是沒有人，打電話也沒人接，一直按鈴，也沒反應就打電話給攜程客服幫我們詢問一下什麼情況，依然沒人接電話，我們按了十多分鐘的鈴終於有人迴應了，第一句話就是沒房間了，一直強調滿房沒有房間，告訴我們哪裡訂的房間哪裡退錢，我聽了之後人懵了，什麼意思？我17號預訂的房間，跟我確認了訂單，你現在給我鬧這一出？我雖然凌晨到的，但是你告訴我沒有房間，讓我哪裡預訂哪裡退？人也不出麪？就躲在裏面的房間睡覺，這是什麼態度？？？等我們發火之後又告訴我，有我的訂單？？？嘴裏還説煩死了？居然還跟我解釋説是電話打不通是因為把電話線拔了！這是一個酒店應該做的行為嗎？遇事不出麪解決，居然還拔了電話線？是不是如果我們不發脾氣就找不到我們的訂單？這種欺軟怕硬的也可以開酒店？？？真的是服了，房間真的是一言難盡，馬桶居然都是堵的，講真的住了很多酒店這還是頭一次遇到這種情況，你們可真行

優點是床墊舒服，床單被罩乾淨，洗澡水很大，位置挺好，空調聲音安靜。缺點是房間裝修風格顯得陳舊，沙發臟，毛巾破。

預訂的房型跟實際不符 衹有衞生間有個窗户，隔音特別差，外面説話聽的一清二楚 完全睡不好，免費停車場很小還得自己出去找地方停車。服務態度不好。
