訂的房間沒有了店家説給調個房型，結果到那了才發現給我留的房間和電話裏溝通的完全不一樣，而且那天其他房都訂滿了，衹能住那間，，，房間的隔音也巨差，別人上下樓梯的噠噠聲，一樓大廳夜裡打牌到1點半的歡呼聲，完全吵得睡不着，打電話給前台，電話打不通（夜裡也好，白天也好，重來沒有打通過），等打牌的回房間安靜了，我才睡覺，，，住了兩個晚上，第一個晚上睡醒後白天出去玩，等晚上回來才發現衞生完完全全沒有收拾，連最基本的牙刷和浴巾都沒有更換，，，到了退房那一天，退房時間是中午12點，早上10點半我還在睡覺，沒有敲門，保潔自己就刷卡進來了，莫名其妙，我都沒去退房，我的門也是從裏面反鎖的，就這樣一聲不吭自己就進來了，，，這種隔音差，房間和預訂不匹配，服務，衞生，安全性全都有問題的民宿打1分都覺得多了，住宿體驗感最差的一次旅行
