Facing the Jinsha River, with the dry and hot valley breeze, it's worth spending a whole afternoon just sitting on the balcony. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive; the restaurant's dishes are delicious and flavorful. However, could you please install a set-top box? Watching TV was so frustrating, especially during the World Cup where everything was blurry...

The hotel service was absolutely fantastic, seriously, a huge shout-out! Our once-in-a-decade girls' trip was made perfect. I accidentally left something behind, and the front desk staff literally ran to bring it to our car. The accommodation was very quiet, and the food recommendations were truly authentic. ~~~ Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Benzilan!!!

Traveling from Deqin to Shangri-La, I didn't want to rush, so I chose this as a stopover. I love this kind of boutique luxury hotel, where all the guests are soft-spoken. The hotel faces the Jinsha River, and the riverside pool is perfect for photos. The room was spacious enough, and the facilities were very well-maintained, as if the hotel had just opened. The breakfast at the restaurant was very extensive and delicious. What deserves the most praise is every single hotel employee I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff—each person's smile was so warm, like the gentle morning glow.

This was one of the two best hotels I stayed at during my Yunnan trip. As one of the top two hotels in Benzilan, it truly excels in both decor and service, perfectly complementing this charming and laid-back town. The staff's help in arranging our visit to Niding Forest with a local guide, and the ******* sister at breakfast explaining the traditions behind yak butter tea, were particularly memorable and left a lasting impression.

Nestled by the river, the hotel offers beautiful scenery. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and cozy, with attentive service. The hotel restaurant boasts a rich variety of dishes, is clean and hygienic, and its food is arguably the best in Benzilan.

Facilities: The restrooms are quite old, and the showerheads have uneven water flow that stings when it hits you. Overall, it's okay, but I don't feel like taking any photos or writing a review. Service: The staff are very proactive, helping with luggage, responding quickly, and have a good service attitude.
