Location: Situated in Lower Yubeng Village, all rooms face the snow-capped mountains 🏔. I originally booked a first-floor room, thinking it would be further from the third-floor public area, and it saved over 200 yuan per night, so more than 400 yuan for two nights. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be a lucky choice! The view of the snow mountains 🏔 from the first floor is even better. There's a small patch of highland barley in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, which perfectly blocks the messy, broken bits of other properties under construction ahead, as well as the outdoor tent camp, making them ignorable. We stayed in the Qingyu Twin Room on the first floor – highly recommended! Plus, after a day of hiking, my friend still had to climb stairs back to their room, while I just walked straight to my room on the ground floor. That feeling was fantastic! Hygiene: Very clean. In the mountains, small bugs are unavoidable, especially on the first floor, but this place had very, very few. It was even better than the place we stayed outside Yubeng! Value for money: Pretty good. Although it's expensive, it's worth every penny. The scenery, service, dining, and room facilities are all excellent. Soundproofing: Very good, not noisy at all. The hotel design is excellent. Service: My favorite services were: 1. Unlimited drinks in the public area on the third floor and the restaurant on the first floor, saving me from boiling water in my room. 2. Daily afternoon tea with super abundant fruit, served in a large platter! 3. Laundry service available every day; clean clothes were placed outside the door by 8 AM the next morning, still warm. 4. Provided face masks – not some unknown brand, but one Aofu mask every day. I felt quite pampered after two days. 5. The breakfast was amazing! Super rich and delicious 😋. After eating, I didn't need lunch at all; I could just have an early dinner in the afternoon. 6. Yoga mats were provided, and doing yoga facing the snow-capped mountains 🏔 was incredibly pleasant.

Amazing place, amazing hotel, amazing view. The service provided is impeccable. The team is just 1 wechat away. Afternoon tea was really good. So was breakfast. No complaints really.. Apart from the usual village-wide power outages (but this affects the whole village, so it is not up to YEYU’s control). Loved every second spent here. Wish we could live here

What can I say, Yeyu has simply got to be hands down, the best place that I have stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. I am amazed and wasn't expecting it to be this great. I know the idea of staying in a luxury hotel doesn't seem to be something that goes hand in hand with hiking (I say this from my experience of having hiked in several other places before where the key highlight is the natural setting itself), but I have to say that it was really soothing for the soul. My girlfriend and I loved this place! The hotel is tastefully designed at every corner and angle and we can appreciate that a lot of creativity and thought was put into designing this place. The aesthetics is very pleasing to the eye and embraces the natural scenery really well. We also loved the homage it pays to the area's ******* roots such as the photographs displayed in the room (young ******* monks playing and the ******* gazelles in the bathroom) and also all the books about Tibet, Yunnan province that is in the library and living room space. The service provided by the staff was top notch, very attentive and caring. We were always asked if there's anything that the staff can do for us be it preparing a plate of fresh fruits, preparing some drinks for us when we were lounging at the living area and another completely unexpected one was when we returned from the Sacred Waterfall hike with our shoes filled with mud, the hotel staff kindly asked us to leave our shoes with him and it came back the next day fully cleaned, placed in front of our rooms. The lovely service provided was just simply amazing and for this, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the lovely staff at Yeyu who provided us with such a beautiful memory of our too brief stay here and thank you so much for the room upgrade. If I could organise this trip again, I would have liked to stay here much longer to be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of this place. Please believe me when I say that it is completely worth every yuan. PS: Please note that there are two Yeyu Hotels in Yubeng, one near the pond and the other near the temple. We stayed at the one near the temple. Both of them are beautiful in their distinctive ways.

Great boutique hotel. Wonderful service and facilities. Yummy breakfast. The only downside is the air circulation within the hotel room. Would love to return.

This is the second branch, and this is what the actual view outside looks like. I don't know why the pictures in the reviews are all misleading. The service was indeed good, which somewhat offset the unpleasantness of seeing the construction site and garbage dump outside.

I stayed at the Rensheng Hotel. I originally wanted to book their first branch, but it was fully booked, so I booked the second branch. The second branch was even better than I expected. The decor is stunning, creating a sense of tranquility, and the lines of the interior are soothing. The staff added me on WeChat ahead of time to remind me of precautions for entering Yubeng and the time to see the sunrise at Jinshan Mountain. The hotel also provided excellent services like shoe cleaning. The breakfast was varied, and I saw Kawagebo halfway through, which was a truly blissful experience. The hotel's fourth-floor terrace is breathtaking, like a paradise on earth. Next time I'm in Yubeng, I plan to stay for several nights.

This price line is open to discussion except for some details of the bathroom, but it may also be a compromise due to the area conditions. However, to be honest, I want to get a long-term private room.

The environment is good, but the food is average. The dinner is expensive and not tasty. The coffee is also unpalatable. It is not worth the price. The service and environment are good. The location is basically the best in Yubeng.
