We were planned to stay for 2 nights at this hotel, but we ended up only staying 1 night. Right when we walked in there were sticky handprints on the doors, the floors were sticky, there was some kind of brown spots on the floors, the toilet bottom was disgusting, and there was clearly a spilled drink on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door barely even shuts and you have to shove it closed. We were very bummed about it because they were actually a dog friendly hotel but it wasn’t worth a 2 night stay at that cost.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Many exits to come and go as needed. The room was very roomy and had a comfortable bed. Overall a very nice place to stay. Easy access to many things around town.

The accommodations where high quality and reasonably priced, close to Denver airport and 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain ****nal Wildlife Refuge. Rooms were clean, spacious, odor-free and beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful in restaurant recommendations.

I've been to many Best Westerns and hotels in general, but none have been quite like this. The staff were amazing, but the room itself felt more like a cheap motel with the issues it had; the bathroom handle wasn't seated properly to the door at all, the shower head was broken, there was paint peeling off of the walls and bathroom door, the room itself felt very empty and as if it were missing furniture, and the bed is one of the worst I've ever slept on. I woke up so many times throughout the night from pain from the mattress that I lost count, as did my husband.

Hotel staff were great, the Breakfasts were one of the best we have ever had in a hotel provided breakfast. The reason for the three was the room was clean and adequate the halls had a very dated dingy look. The ice maker in our floor was out all four days we were there. The TV had direct Tv and they having problems with a content supplier and only had 5-10 channels available. For the price we paid we expected more from that,even of hotel.

Check in was easy & quick. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean & fresh room. Good rate for the location! Was happy with all services provided during the stay. Had no issues throughout. Will be coming back soon

Would not recommend this Best Western. Our car was broken. We were not given the correct information on how to report the crime. The front desk told us they would file a report and the police would contact us. I spoke with the Manager and he told us it wasn’t their responsibility to report. Room service took the old soap and shampoo but didn’t leave any new soap or shampoo when they cleaned the room. No place to put our luggage except for the kitchen not counter in the room. No luggage stand. Very disappointing.

I stayed here twice at both the start and end of my holiday. The rooms I stayed in were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I got into this hotel well after midnight and were greeted with a huge smile by Jonathan. He was still on duty in the morning and was a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great and the exercise room is solid. Unfortunately, the blackout shades in our room were a bit ripped and there was a lot of noise in the hallway after 1am, so we did not get the best night's sleep. Overall, would recommend.
