My car was smashed downstairs and all my luggage was stolen. I guess it’s Lao Mo or Lao Hei. I’m really xxxxxxx. No one cares about the police. I lost tens of thousands of clothes. I will never live at the airport anymore. I’m really a Buddha.

Room wascomfortable and appeared clean. Bathtub caulk was cracking and mildew in the cracks. No body wash, the entire bottle was missing from the wall bracket.
Breakfast was a disaster, not enough food, and not replacing it when empty.hours are 6:30 -9:00 amm. At 8, no eggs, sausage, muffin selection. Two yogurts. No hard boiled eggs. t 8:30 still not replenished despite multiple folks requests. Coffee empty, and it was light blend. No dark blend.
Not a Good showing for Hampton Inn.

There was no heater in the room and minus 11 degrees it was freezing cold we had to wait an hour almost 2 hours for the shuttle to come to the airport we ended up paying $50 for a taxi because we didn't want to wait any longer the lady offered to call us when the shuttle was there she was doing shift change and never called and just left it on the next person to take care of it was a horrible experience never again would we be visiting this Hampton inn in Denver Colorado

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was great. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was terrible. We had to wait over an hour in the cold at the Denver Airport for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport after calling several times to find out when the shuttle was coming. Other than this, I'd recommend the property.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The fifth floor, including my room, had a sewage-like smell, possibly due to rooms being unoccupied. The bathroom fan couldn't be turned off, constantly blowing unpleasant air. Water didn't flow properly in the bathtub. To top it off, I found a metal wire in my oatmeal during breakfast. Unacceptable. I strongly discourage choosing this hotel due to these hygiene and comfort issues. Management needs to address these promptly.

Our rooms were ready quickly upon arrival, which was very helpful since we were flying in from Ohio and landed at what felt like 11:30 pm to us. The breakfast was great with lots of offerings. My students especially liked the waffles! Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms.
