I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and serviceš Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and Iāve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted āwe donāt do that!ā. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jasonš„°) she had someone escort me. Thatās all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemonsāļø

On arrival we checked in after our 7 plus hour drive, only to be met with one of the check in guys telling us how he 'hated' Tucson (where we had previously visited). A bit negative to say the least. Our room was good, two sizeable beds, great bathroom with plenty of wardrobe and shelving/desk/drawers. Only 8 coat hangers though, one of which came apart. Great views of the neighbouring skyscrapers and beyond. Conveniently located for exploring downtown Denver. Housekeeping was available by request, and a bottle of water was chargeable if you weren't a Hyatt member. The roof terrace was ok, but during our visit (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun) the bar wasn't open. A very busy turnover of guests, maybe because it was a weekend, with queueing for breakfast. Good sleep though.

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didnāt get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.
A very modern hotel in downtown with many restaurants nearby. Rooms renovation and luxury level good. Everything very modern and comfortable. Front desk very courteous and helpful. Hotel offers luggage assistance to room . Hotel has very upscale common areas and a happening restobar in the 54th floor . Breakfast is good although alacarte . Buffet was not available. Housekeeping was to perfection. Good service overall. Overall satisfied. Will stay here in my next trip to Denver.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read āif you need anything, let us knowā. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said āI can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we haveā. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, āwe don't have those but you can come down for breakfastā. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.
Weāre just 10 minutes from Denver International Airport, with a shuttle available to help you catch your flight. Dickās Sporting Goods Park for soccer and Coors Field for baseball can both be reached in under 30 minutes. Start your day with a free breakfast at our bagel bar and coffee from our 24-hour coffee service.

I found the rooms here nice and clean, nice bathroom. Mattress was comfortable. The hotel itself is fairly new. Breakfast in the morning was good. However, we stayed here for the free shuttle. We dropped off our rental car at the airport and then waited almost 2 hours for their shuttle. Front desk didn't always answer their phone. Another hotel's shuttle offered to take us to their hotel across the street as he felt bad seeing us waiting so long. Front desk was either tired or anxious for their shift to be over. We didn't have a problem with the shuttle the following morning to the airport. It may be okay for those who aren't using the shuttle, but if you are, be aware that you may be waiting at the airport for a while. Myself, I wouldn't stay here again.

Very Good
GGuest UserClose to the airport, it is only eight or nine kilometers. There is also Rocky Mountain wildlife refuge on the side, which is a good place to watch animals such as bison. Parking is said to cost seven dollars a night, which is actually free. Provide a simple American breakfast, with waffles, bread, pastries, fruits, etc.
The room is relatively spacious and the toiletries are DOVE.
WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Actually, take that back it nears the top of the list for one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. We rented the room online through a 3rd party company called Super, who we have used numerous times before. Checked in the evening of the first night, got our room, paid the deposit and everything was fine. Booking was pre-paid in advance and for two days. It was myself, my partner, and our 3 year old little girl and we are in between housing currently. At the hotel all day long and evening of the 2nd day. Not from this area, but have friends living down here and later in the evening invited our long time friends, that live a mere 4 blocks away (a couple) over for dinner. Had dinner, sitting around talking and catching up, (we are also 4 logical, responsible, 40+ year old adults, behaving as such) and suddenly at about 1230am the phone rings and its the woman at the front desk. Side note: my partner is super calm and passive almost to a fault, Ive never seen him get angry, yell at anyone, or ever raise his voice). Ā So she calls and is immediately screaming at him as he is looking at me with these huge eyes trying to follow her as she is yelling and threatening us. She informs us that we have 5 minutes to come down and pay the room or we are kicked out into the cold (it was roughly 15 degrees that night, our daughter was Ā fast asleep, and by now its past 1am) he explains to her that we pre-paid through a 3rd party, so yes we have paid and if there is an error its not on our side as we have a full receipt and proof we paid for the room and paid the deposit for our stay through the front desk upon check in. He also questions why she decided to wait until one in the morning to decide to call and let us know about this since we have been here since yesterday and this is the first we have heard about any of this. She is screaming āI don't give a f#$k, now its four minutes and ill have a swat of security guards at your room throwing you and all your belongings out!ā and slams the phone down. All four adults could hear the entire conversation she was yelling so loud and all four of us were in disbelief. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I immediately started the process to get on the chat with Super.com while I was pulling up my receipt as proof of full payment for my partner to bring down to the office and show her. I suffer from pretty significant PTSD and anxiety with panic from being the victim of a violent crime in 2007 where I almost lost my life and don't deal with conflict or stress well, especially to this extent. My partner was in the service for 10 years as an Army Ranger, and our friend that was there visiting us also served 10 years as an Army Ranger. Both suffer from significant PTSD stemming from active combat, our friend suffered a TBI while getting blown up by an IED. We also have with us a small child who is entirely innocent and helpless and fast asleep. Before my pa
KkptgStaying at an airport hotel usually involves only a few requirements for me. The first is a clean and comfortable room. Second is an airport shuttle. This hotel the room was comfortable.
However, I signed up for a 4am shuttle at the suggestion of the front desk. At 3:55, I arrive downstairs for the shuttle. By 4:10 still nothing. I ask the front desk person who is now working hard making breakfast. He says he doesn't know anything but that usually the shuttle just does loops. At 4:15am, I ordered a Lyft.
I'll never repeat a stay here as it's a simple requirement and every airport hotel I've in around DIA has been able to accomplish.
Iām not a city person. This was a very large hotel in the city. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe. I knew ahead of time that the secured attached parking garage was over $50 per night. It did seem safer than nearby self parks. I arrived around 4pm and there was a bit of a backup to park and check in. The hotel is 20 or so floors and I was on 19. The wait for elevators was somewhat long and crowded at certain times of day. There is everything you need right outside the doors. I had a different idea of what the 16th street mall was. Just several blocks of stores and restaurants. But is walking distance from hotel. I ordered Ubereats. Used the laundry facility which was good. Was only staying 1 night to pick someone up at the airport on a national park road trip. Hotel had all the amenities needed. Room was small but clean. The welcome bag as a priority member was nice! The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Wish parking was cheaper but seemed to be comparable with the other hotels in the area.
HHefterMy husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldnāt even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was āI think you can?ā When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasnāt sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.
Rramses miselPrice is great, facilities are clean and Staff is incredibly friendly. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Denver because I wanted to be close to different locations, and definitely by Far this one was the best. Breakfast is very complete and nutritive, and it's very close to the airport, hotel also features a shuttle that takes you and brings you from the Airport.
