Room a bit dirty, location very near to klia 2. Room amenities need to improve. No hair dryer. On request need to deposit rm50.

We are regret that we are just a budget transit hotel and may not provide much facilities for shorten transit stay. For the room, we do not collect for any deposit for the guest convenience except for the extra request items such as HAIR DRYER. The reason we are collecting the deposit as the common issue that all the hotels are facing is too much loss in guest never return the borrow items and this is the reason we are collecting the REFUNDABLE deposit while the guest request on it. We may look into this matter and wish to have more funky element if we do have budget for the implementation in the future. Easy to find location, plenty enough of bathroom & toilet as share dorm. If have hair dryer for female dorm will be perfect.

its a good place to stay for a night but not that good if you stay more than 1 day because of the location its far from the city..but the hotel, the rooms and the staffs are really good ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

The location is good if you only stay for a night and wait for transit. But its not recommend for ladies to come this area alone if you are tourist.

What the **** of the reception service female. So rude and shameless. I already booking on the Trip app and she say don't get yet but it's already on the table. And can't be receptionist because so arrogant and not smile.

The location is strategic which is near to klia but the surrounding area not so much things to explore. The hotel was okay but the walls not very sound proof because can hear noise from outside.

About 20min drive from airport, the hotel not so clean and old but barely acceptable since it's cheap and we are just go for sleep a night to catch the flight in the next day, for long stay better choose another.

Just freshen up few hours just to catch flight, travel with ERL klia transit to salak tinggi, from salak tinggi to this hotel few minutes away but very busy when it come to order grab, have to wait grab for 20minutes. Overall okey

Canβt sleep well, a lot of mosquitoes inside the room. No towel provided, if you want towel will charged you RM5. And also canβt connect the Wi-Fi. The shower area also quite messy.

Please inform that the shared dorm are not providing the towel as the rate had special discount without the towel add on. But we do have option to rent a towel with cost of RM5 per use rent. Due to this is shared type of room with all other guests and we had limitation in guest usage and movement. Wifi is available at the lobby as well for the public area and all our guest able to enjoy the free wifi while stay with us. Good for a night stay if you're catching early flight the next day. No free shuttle. One way grab RM30, approximately 20 mins drive.
