The hotel has just opened and some public areas have not been decorated yet. Going up from the garage is the front desk. To get to Building 3 where we live, we have to walk a long way outdoors, which is very inconvenient when it rains. The room is very clean, and you can hear the sound of martial arts training in the martial arts school at 6 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast is average, not many choices.

The overall service level is low, the name is not worthy of the name, and the price and service are not equal. 1. Accommodation is in Building 3, and breakfast is in Building 1. In the middle, you have to go through the outdoors, go up and down the elevator, and several unused conference rooms and rooms. You can't find the way without walking two or three times. Strictly implement the nine o'clock meal collection system, no matter whether there are guests eating, the food will be cleared at that time. The spoon used to serve porridge has no hanging points. It often slides into the porridge after use, and then takes out the porridge and spoon to continue using it. There is no need to look forward to the variety. It’s just a deal. It’s about 18 yuan for self-service, but it can’t keep up with the level of Hanting. There is also a fee for children, 38 yuan. 2. The room only provides two bottles of water. If you want another bottle, you need to apply with the leader. 3. There was no signal on the TV when I checked in. I moved the TV down and plugged it in again. I found that the signal cable was plugged in wrong. After reinstalling it, it was barely usable, but the signal was still intermittent. 4. The surrounding area is extremely inconvenient. You need to take a taxi to buy things. But the taxi driver basically didn’t know this place and needed guidance from the navigation.

Guest room Facilities: all very good. The service is blunt and lackluster. Breakfast is poor and not warm.

The environment and rooms are very good. It may be because it is newly opened, or the government is behind it. Some private rooms have a minimum consumption, which is a bit too strong.

For a quasi-five-star hotel, it is recommended to change its name to be more recognizable, because various facilities and services are still being improved during the trial operation, but overall it is not bad.

The hotel is one of the better hotels in Dengfeng. It is large and new. The lunch and evening dining options are also good. It was obvious that the waiters were not getting along well. The piercing fire alarm in the building kept ringing at night. When calling the front desk, it automatically stopped for the first time. It continued to ring after half an hour. The little brother replied that he did not know why it was ringing, and then nothing happened. When I booked a courtyard suite, I saw large floors covered with construction debris. Others could only laugh. The room was close to the elevator. It was clear how many guests were coming and going at night. The noise was not as loud as usual. The breakfast is very average. It is basically on the same level as express. It is obviously not in line with the scale and positioning of the hotel. More details need to be improved. I hope it will get better and better.

First of all, the front desk and guest rooms are not on the same floor. We need to check in and then drive to another building to check in. It happened to be raining that day, which was very inconvenient, and the underground garage cannot directly reach the building where we checked in. What is even more annoying is that we stayed with our children for one night, and the next day the whole family was bitten by something and had pimples all over it. They were very red and itchy, and the experience was extremely bad.
