The Den, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel Reviews

We spent 2 nights staying at The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, while attending the Libéma Open. Some of the players were staying at the hotel so it was a bonus for fans to run into them at breakfast or dinner. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious, comfortable, and came with a nice view. However, when we returned to our room on the second day, we noticed a strange fishy smell coming out of the drain of our shower. We reported it to the front desk, and someone came and poured some detergent into the drain to get rid of the smell. We left for dinner, and when we returned, the smell was still there. So we had to move to another room on a different floor late at night, which was a bit of a hassle. The staff was helpful and apologetic. We were told the next day that the smell had something to do with a drainage filter installed improperly.

At the price that this hotel was charging per night, it didn't have any toiletries in the room. We had to call them and ask for them. Even the basic things like bedroom slippers were not kept in the room. The breakfast was not that great, the spread was rather ordinary. They even overcharged me my request for an extra bed. After quoting me a lower price, they charged me a higher rate. They even charged me extra for tourism tax. Overall, a disappointing stay..overpriced Hotel and ordinary service.

Nice hotel. Location good. Staffs was good. In small town this hotel located close to rail station and very easy to move. Good food s near by hotel.

Leuk hotel

The breakfast wasn't anything special, and the music was very annoying, even in the restaurant on the top floor. I wouldn't recommend it. The only positive was the bathroom; otherwise, it's baffling that it has 4 stars.

First business trip to the company's European headquarters. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets and multiple restaurants nearby, providing complete living facilities. There are bicycles available for rent outside the hotel, and you can ride them for sightseeing when the weather is good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

It's a really clean and modern hotel. When I'm on a business trip, I want a quiet room, and they changed it to the room I wanted right away, so I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you.

The room is large and comfortable, with typical European decoration style and design. The hotel is very good! Suitable for business travelers, it is about 15 minutes' walk from the city center to the central square!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. This experience was very bad. Due to the hotel's own problems, it was overbooked and I couldn't check in smoothly. I had to transfer to another hotel. It was very tiring. Apart from saying sorry, the hotel had no satisfactory solution. . After checking in, the refrigerator and air conditioner did not work, and I could not change rooms. I was very dissatisfied with the hotel management.

Convenient location, clean and spacious, cost-effective. The hotel service is also very good, but the sound insulation is poor. There is a very good bar on the rooftop with a great view. Recommended to stay
