I had a perfect breakfast experience with the Ud*** team .Especially Ankit was amazing in understanding all of my request and in a timely ***ner .On top of that the suggestions were cherry on the cake.Undoubtedly Ud*** FnB team do their best to exceed the expectations.

Front office was very good and knowledgeable as they helped us with communication and assisted us with planning our itinerary. Mr. Mahaveer Prasad was very hospitable and very good service. Clean hotel and rooms thank you. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Continue to give good service. Cheers!!

That is very good hotel it was my first visit and it's very amazing feel like home staff was very helpful and polit room was clean also food breakfast was delicious special white pasta yummy thank you Ud*** team I will recommend this hotel to my all friends and relatives thanks

A neat and tasteful environment of the hotel. But service is a bit shaky. The cable tv didn’t work, but was later attended to. The first room I got was a smoking 🚬 one and they later changed it. But I didn’t eat here however so can’t speak about the buffet. I ordered a club sandwich and got a burger from room service. So yes, very well meaning, but a little shaky!
