Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel)

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located( at the heart of GK market and with a lot of restaurants nearby as well). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and kind. They changed our bed linens every day. However the hotel needs overall refurbishment, which we are told they will uptake very soon! Good luck and we hope to come back again!

Easy to find the property as it's located on the main road approach, shopping areas nearby at a walking distance and very safe secured place, staff is very nice and helpful in all respect.

Private Affairs Hotel is located very nice & sofisticated area ,nearest Beautiful 2nos of park,wher I used to go for morning walk and exercise.Hotels Rooms r very neat & clean.daily cleaning rooms n changes all beds cover n all amenities like lift .all time food available. . Homely atmosphere. Out of all ***ager Mr ANUJI.and other Staff Mr ROHITJI.is very cooperative.n vey sincere in his job . thanks once again to Mr Anuj ji.

Best experience ever, the person at reception was very good. Overall experience was superb. The rooms were clean. Hotel is equipped with all the basic facilities and amenities. Rooms were so peaceful and home like experience.

Upon Arrival: I booked a club premium room and the check-in was at 2 pm but on arrival, the room was not ready. I had to wait for 30 mins. My allotted room was on the 2nd floor and their lift was non-functional. I was allotted the smoking room which I wasn't comfortable with and upon request I was given another upgraded room which was their premium category room. Hygiene & Cleanliness: All their towels, and hand napkins look dirty and have black stains as if they are really old and I did not feel like using them. They do not deep clean their rooms, it had dust and the hotel doesn't seem to be maintained well. pillows are not comfortable, nothing like the ones we use in hotels but quite flat. Internet: It was a working visit for 6 nights and their Internet did not work made I go to the cafe and work. No point in the booking. It caused my delay with my work. They do not have a restaurant or a menu for food but you need to call and ask for it. The only thing good is their hospitality and sweet staff. Mr. The day ***ager Mr. Anuj made sure I had a warm welcome and took extra effort that my booking was confirmed directly as it got canceled on Agoda.com. They were there to take care of my concerns Area: It's a good area and safe area to live in and there is GK 1 M Block market where you can shop and eat.
