Best location with good food and amenities. I usually prefer to stay at Hyatt Centric since it is located close to Sachivalay and our local office. In case one needs to take time out then a Mall & plenty of shopping outlets are situated close by which makes it an ideal destination for Business or Family or even Religious tourism since it is located close to the Shahastradhara Heliport.

Location is good. It’s on the outskirts of dehradun, everything’s about 30-40 mins away. Food is average. Amenities are good, the view from the pool is to die for. It’s so beautiful.

I had stayed here for a night with my family. The hotel is located in the Pacific Mall, excellent location to be with the family. The staff were very friendly. Check in check out was prompt. I had stayed in valley facing room which had a excellent view overlooking the mountains. Very courteous staff. Special mention to Shubham , ashish at front office.

Checkin was smooth, rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had dinner and the breakfast, the food was too good. Dint had a feeling that we were away from our home.

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.
