All desk personnel very polite and efficient.
Much nicer, and safer, than motels close to the Interstate highway. Adequate breakfast.

Quick registration and friendly staff
some lights in the room did not work. also the bathroom light and the exhaust fan work as a single unit. so thhey can not be operated separately

Need more attention on cleaning, one of the lights not working, and door of cabinet where microwave and fridge was broken.

We started out with a TV remote that wouldn’t work. We called the desk and the girl came in, played with the remote, couldn’t get it working & left. The next day we called again and a guy came and changed the batteries cause they were shot. My wife wanted to take a bath until realizing there was no plug for the tub. The same guy found us a plug the next day. We arrived on a Thursday evening. They did not clean the room on Friday so we told the front desk. Saturday the room was still not cleaned or towels replaced. We told the front desk again and they finally took care of everything on Sunday. The breakfast was just sad. One morning no coffee cups, the next day cups without coffee. The last day they had coffee & cups but ran up of milk.

I’m only giving three stars because the room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The man that checked us in was beyond rude. Me and my husband have worked in hospitality for years now and I was absolutely amazed at the poor customer service and blatant attitude. The breakfast was okay. Entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Overall I won’t be back, especially if that manager works there but a clean hotel for the price.

This hotel was terrible, I rented 2 rooms, the first room smelled like humidity and there were a lot of people talking outside at the hall and someone was running or doing something weird in the room upstairs and I could hear it very loud so I couldn't take a nap as it was really noise.
The worst part was in the other room. At 5 a.m. someone tried to break in and started hitting the glass window from the outside, my friend woke up and ran to reception the security guy just said he knew who it was. Last but not least the check in process is very slow.
Not saying here never again.
