驚喜：免費升級住了老木棉度假酒店，送了早餐自助餐，食物豐富的，比較可口。
設施：有點舊，但是齊全
衞生：還不錯的
環境：優美，酒店就是景區，河對岸就是越南，繞獅子山走了一圈，風景優美……可惜天氣太熱了。
服務：酒店客服人員態度很好

一個字差，兩個字很差，三個字非常差。背靠景區集團，其實就跟皮包公司差不多，酒店陳舊，衞生條件巨差，服務也很拉垮，去遊客中心還得掉頭回去，不方便，還不如街上的民宿。
設施：設施陳舊，空調嗡嗡聲很大
衞生：條件簡陋，衞生情況堪憂
環境：有黴味，空氣不清新
服務：沒有服務可言，沒有任何提醒
