The hotel is very old and not clean, some smoking smell & the window of twin room can’t open, it’s located on the main night fair, noisy and crowded!

酒店是個當地的連鎖品牌，還是比周圍的民宿更有保障，酒店位置非常好，在碩龍口岸邊上，離德天瀑布也很近，非常方便，適合自駕出行。酒店在一條街上，晚上很熱鬧，吃飯也很便利。服務也很好，對所有問題都耐心解答，還給升級了房間，，但衞生條件還可以，還算乾淨，前台也有一些一次性洗漱用品。早餐比較有當地特色，價格也便宜。對於旅遊出行比較適合。

這間房是我這次親子游的第二站，也是住得最差的一間，400多的房費一點都配不上，連快捷酒店的標準都達不上，簡直就是比招待所還招待所，隔音又差（一整晚都睡不好），設施陳舊，房間又小，洗手枱都沒一個，最想不明白的是淋浴間的沐浴架居然放在馬桶那邊，拿沐浴液就會把馬桶打濕
床頭那個插座的紅色顯示燈也是一個毛病，又不能關掉

酒店還可以，位置極佳，酒店門口是一條街，吃喝都有，超級方便，酒店自帶停車場，免費的，房間乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，前台服務員很好，送了兩張早餐券，早餐還可以，還有當地的越南咖啡檸檬茶，一家連鎖的，還可以，推薦入住。

衞生很一般，房間很潮濕，洗衣房的水會滲出來，隔音非常差，人在房外走過聲音非常明顯，最不科學的是睡覺居然有個紅燈！亮瞎眼！唯一方便的是停車場

房間乾淨衞生，空調給力，水壓大、水温調節靈敏；環境清靜，隔音效果不錯，休息得很好；周邊購物與飲食方便；服務周到，有問題及時解決；羅甸人民大方好客，店家送了三人早餐，大小井店家提供凳子給長者，免費泡茶解渴
