Nice one resort with a lot of indoor and outdoor hot springs for you to try and enjoy. Buffet dinner is niCe but still can improve for the type of foods that can provide. The service team is excellent, and the hotel is very clean in all aspect.

This is a great place to stay for a vacation. Relaxing vibes and mood to spend great time there. The Onsen is very impressive, many options and big, worth visit again.

The cleanliness of the room is not up to the standard as many dust on top the bed-rack, not 1 rack is all, I have reported to Reception but seem no action taken, end up we are so much allergic with the dust and we cleaned it up. Room was superb as we booked the room with private Onsen, and we enjoys it. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and overall not much activity from hotel but we did lucky that’s was a fireworks at night time.

I booked this hotel to see Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and Oyunuma Pond. I rented a car to get around, but it was snowing heavily and the hotel is located two mountains over. So, if you're planning on driving, please be extra careful. The local drivers tailgate aggressively, it was quite nerve-wracking. The hotel itself is much larger than I expected (200 rooms) and surprisingly clean for having been renovated in 2015. Room hygiene was okay. The outdoor hot spring is absolutely amazing; I'd definitely return just for the onsen. Breakfast and dinner, however, were not great.

The onsen here is impeccable! It was so much fun to try all the different ones, the views is really beautiful as well I really enjoyed that they switch up the baths so you can see both sides. The food was a bit generic but I still enjoyed it.

Best onsen place. Got the most indoor outdoor pools with so many flavors. We got to switch place for gentleman and ladies. Good experiences. Would recommend to try this place. Out of nowhere and can relax and chill in this place.

The onsen is good but the food variety of the buffet is not good enough. Toilet of the room is old.

Hotel is average. Buffet dinner and breakfast not up to standard of hotels in Hokkaido but onsen is good.

Room is big and comfortable. The hot baths are great and a must - try! Buffet dinner is superb with a good spread.

If you’re going there for hot spring, guess it worth it as they have many options both inside/outside. Man/woman are separated as always. Can’t say rooms are good, just old and bathroom is really small and was a bit stinky. And bed sheets did not give me the feeling that they were cleaned. But anyway, the food they offer was quite nice and various.

Highly recommend this hotel for families. The outdoor onsen is humongous and mesmerizing. You can feel as if you’re a snow fairy enjoying the natural spa in Elsa’s winter wonderland. The onsen shower and skincare amenities were great and the cherry on top was the barley tea and vitamin c water machine in the locker area. Every guest using the onsen was polite and quiet giving each other enough space to enjoy themselves. The buffet is packed with all types of food - kids section available. Some staff spoke English and everyone was so kind and ready for their guests. Its proximity to the Shikotsu Lake was also amazing.
