But at the beginning I want to talk about the advantages of this hotel. I checked in at the beginning of February. The hotel must have been recently renovated. The overall facilities and space are very good, and the snowy scenery outside the window is also beautiful. The room has a large space and the decoration is very new. However, the cleaning part is not very accurate. I will add this later. Special mention should be made of the dinner. The dishes are very diverse and very delicious. For children, there is a special food area for children. Children like it very much. There is also a play area next to it, where children can have fun after eating, and parents can have a good meal. Breakfast is also very diverse, but I think it is not so outstanding for dinner, but the overall meal part, the flow of the restaurant, etc. are very good. Now that I have talked about the advantages, I would like to talk about the reasons why I want to leave a comment. Mainly a family hotel, the hotel has planned two children's recreation spaces. One is next to the lobby counter and the other is in the basement. When I arrived on the same day, I first went to the recreation area in the lobby (there is a ball pool in the area, and then there is a recreation area with inflatable equipment). When I went in to inquire, the female employee in the reception area had an obviously impatient expression. I was told that I was not buying tickets here, so after thanking me, I went out to the front desk and asked where to buy tickets. (I should mention here that the ticket buying logic in this area is very strange). I first bought an admission ticket for 1,000 YEN per person. Fee, returned to the area and handed the ticket to the female employee, and then went in to play (the female employee did not make any moves at this time). Halfway through the game, the employee suddenly came in, with the same very impatient expression, and informed us through a translator You can't play here without paying. We were told that the 1,000 YEN ticket is only for the ball pool in front, and we need to buy additional tickets for the inflatable area next to it. So after discussing it, we decided not to play and instead went downstairs to have a look. When I arrived at the second children's play area downstairs, I took a name tag I had just received after payment (which is a proof of payment) and asked the male employee in that area if the payment in the two areas was the same. The male employee told me that it was different. I had to buy another ticket, which was also 1,000 YEN per person. I asked the children and said they wanted to play, so I paid. (There are also rock climbing equipment in this area, which also cost extra) From the above, everyone feels that since it is a family hotel, I agree with the charge for children's entertainment area planning, but it should be more clearly marked or informed. The current feeling is that all facilities require extra charges, and the charging logic is also very strange. The waiter's impatience also gave people a very uncomfortable feeling. Finally, overall, the hotel facilities are very good, the bathhouse is also very large, and there is an outdoor hot spring paddling pool (swimming suits are required in this area, we did not use it). The meals are also great, but if you see the hotel's parent-child facilities and Friends who have decided to come here should reconsider. I think this hotel is not child-friendly. But if it's for restaurants, bathhouses, rooms, etc., I think it's a very good choice. To make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room, as soon as you enter the toilet, the scale on the faucet is very obvious (see photo). Then we entered the bathroom, and a layer of dust was visible to the naked eye on the upper part of the cabinet (no photo, I tried to take a photo but couldn't get the feeling of dust). The hotel facilities seemed to be optimized for families traveling with children. There are facilities and programs that children will enjoy, so I think it would be a good place to stay as a family and use the facilities. The condition of the room was clean and not bad, with no major differences from the photos, but the air conditioning in the room was a bit disappointing.

This time, I stayed for one night while skiing in Rusutsu. Check-in was late and check-out was early, so I was unable to use all of the facilities due to my short stay, but I felt it was a very good hotel for families with children. Unfortunately, the temperature of the open-air bath was lukewarm and the buffet operation was not very good. Especially for breakfast, the layout of the dishes was such that there were unnecessary lines. There are three islands where the dishes are arranged, each with a different theme, but the main dishes are all in one place, and the tables with the dishes are spread out all around, so there is nothing to worry about. The front and back of the line of people queuing up without thinking are connected, making it difficult to tell where they are starting from, making it very difficult for people who want to pick up their food at a pinpoint point, and also resulting in a lot of wasted queuing, which leads to rotation of customers. It seemed like it was affecting the rate as well. Since we didn't have much time, we ended up choosing island cuisine as our main dish, which was not available in line, and ended up with a very incomplete breakfast. I was disappointed that the breakfast, which was the last event of my stay, left a bad impression, but everything else was very good, so I would like to stay for more than one night in the summer next time. The facility is wonderful, but I would like them to at least improve their operations so that breakfast, which is the start of the day, does not leave a bad impression.

The attraction service is substantial, and although it was my second stay, I enjoyed the new event. Amenities are minimal, so compared to others, there was no hair turban, which was a little inconvenient. It was quite disappointing that the cleaning was not perfect. The toilet and the public bath are quite dirty... A huge amount of hair is entangled in the drainage of the washroom in the large public bath and it seems to be clogged. There was trash in the room where you couldn't see it... the humidifier's filter replacement lamp was attached, and the water was still in the room... when did you put the water in? That's what it feels like. I think there is a shortage of people, but please do a little more cleaning! Other than that, it was great!
