Premier Inn Darmstadt City Centre

Although it's a bit far from the station, the facilities were clean and I was satisfied with the price. The problem was the service. By default, rooms are only cleaned once during a one-week stay. This was explained to me at check-in, and they also said to let me know if cleaning was needed. I don't mind that, but since there's no refrigerator, on cleaning day I left a note saying, "Please leave the air conditioning on," and left a tip. However, when I returned, the air conditioning was turned off and the chocolate I had bought had melted. Of course, the tip and paper I had left were gone too. It was written in German and English, but maybe the staff couldn't read it? It was a very unpleasant experience. And apparently, my family's room hadn't even been cleaned, and when they went to complain to the front desk, they weren't even apologized for. They were then insulted, saying, "I can't understand your German." This was the first time I'd ever experienced such an unpleasant hotel. The service was the worst ever.

Everything was perfect, except for a very nasty and rude man at the reception. I had to pay €5, according to the trip.com app. When I got there, they asked for €10. But they did that in a very rude way!

酒店周圍環境很好，房間設施也比較新，前台熱情周到。距離火車站步行15分鐘，距離法蘭克福機場25分鐘車程。
