We just got back to the states from a 10 day trip to Samoa for my brother’s funeral. We stayed at Transit Motel because it was convenient not only to the village where my brother has been buried, but it is closer to the airport and away from the chaos of everyday life in Samoa. The rooms are very roomy and it has all the things you need for your stay. The toilets are top notch which I love, the showers are clean and there is a little fridge for your drinks since it’s so hot in Samoa. The beautiful front office employees who welcomed us were very experienced and always had a smile on their faces which is what I always look for when checking in to any hotels. Hotel maids checked in on a daily to ask if we wanted to change our sheets/bedding which I declined. I’m not a fan of having people in the rooms when we’re away but we kept the rooms pretty clean so we didn’t need anything. There is a very intimate, very welcoming restaurant at the entrance that serves delicious food at your convenience. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax overnight to catch an early flight, or you have families in the surrounding villages and is searching for a family friendly place to stay, give Transit Motel a call and you will not be disappointed.
