The resort is undergoing extensive renovations and extremely understaffed. Most of the amenities are in shambles. No room service and the rooms need a lot of repair work. Limited food options. Existing staff tried their best to help out, which was commendable. Hopefully things will improve once ‘Lemon tree’ takes over.

This hotel is an absolute dream…so earthy…so raw yet so luxurious at the same time…stayed here for a night recently and wished we had booked for longer period of time…met the owner Me.Rahul Habbu there who gave us a personal tour of the property…loved how they have not just maintained but have enhanced the greenery inside and outside the resort…. Very clean…very courteous staff…great food…chiller vibe…what else you need??? Thanks Sylvan Greens (now known as Keys Lite by Lemon Tree)

We had a great time at Sylvan Green, Dapoli. It is a lush green jungle resort. We spotted hornbills and it was a great experience. The food was good too, very helpful staff. The rooms and swimming pool are clean but in general the hotel is upgrading.

It's a great place tucked inside forest like area. About 15mins drive from city center. The resort is spread over a large area, full of trees and provides for a quiet ambience amid nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies offering a view of the forest. Restaurant serves good and reasonable food But is only thali (Fish/Chicken/Veg) and needs to be ordered an hour in advance. The staff is super good - very polite and ever ready to take care of any of your requests to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable

The negatives - : a) Stale Surmai Fish and cold chapatis were served - : Despite telling much in advance to prepare dinner and getting promise of fresh fish, the stale food was served. BIG NO FOR having food here. A big disappointment and we had to go out searching for some restaurant for having dinner. b) Bathroom was not clean. My wife skidded because of unclean bathroom. However, when I reported this, immediately room service guy cleaned the bathroom. c) A bit secluded place. Person working there told our driver about Tiger being spotted in nearby areas. So, not so safe place. I would like to mention here- one guest came late night around 11.30 and the person working there was getting scared to go till their car fearing wild animal. Our driver told this to us. d) The place is bit far from beach. I should have checked before booking. You can get better & cheaper options near beach where you can get good food too. The positives -: a) Ambience is good . You will find trees of ***gos, jackfruits & cashews . b) Service was satisfactory c) Owner seems to be very co-operative. Thanks for that. He just needs to take care of ***agement. In this era of competition, you cannot afford to give this kind of food to people. Because of stale food served, our last impression was - Why the hell did we book this hotel ?

It's a treat to visit Sylvan Greens Resort..The beauty of the nature is at its best in this resort.The rooms, service, food quality is very good. All the staff of this resort is very co operative. must visit place to get the peace of mind.

The Resort Sylvan greens is a budget friendly family resort. I visited it with my family and we were staying in one of their AC cottages. It was an amazing experience from swimming in the swimming pool to playing games at their game room. We had a lot of fun. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. What I really liked was the food they served it was delicious. Also I wanted to mention in the cottage where we were staying I could literally touch ***goes from the balcony it was an different experience for me.

I went to Sylvan greens resort in the month of May 23 with family of comprising 3 grown up kids.The place is 5 kms away from the Dapoli city on Dabhol road. It is such quite and serene plae surrounded by thick forest. The moment you enter the place you will fall in love with it.Its very green place having lots of trees inside. There are ***y beautiful statues all over the property.The rooms are quite spacious and having large balcony. In the morning you can hear the chirping of the birds.The staff is very polite prompt and courteous and the best part is there food. The place serves you excellent food.Highly recommended for people who wants to stay away from the noise and wants to spend peaceful quality time amidst the nature.

This was my first experience at Sylvan Green Resort. The stay was very pleasant and the resort has all the amenities which is required for comfort stat. One of my good experience was, I arrived quite before check in time but staff was so helpful they did the basic arrangement for us and not let us wait till check in time. The food is not that good as service. If you are foodie then I will recommend to try food outside. However, you will get limited food items. I would suggest resort staff to increase the food items in the restaurant menu. The place is so pleasant that you will not fee to leave that early. I was there for 2 days but that was not enough for us. I will definitely try
