Service was absolutely superb. Grace the butler was super helpful! Very clean, quiet and close to the parking lot for Daocheng Yading scenic area. Unfortunately, I had a flat tyre one of the days and staff made sure that it would get fixed. The hotel driver, Kevin, took the time to show me where the repair shop was (thankfully very close) and waited with me until he was confident that I was ok. The food was terrific - the only thing I did not like was that smoking is allowed absolutely everywhere. Very gross and disappointing that smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

The first time I came to Daocheng, there was a high reaction. It’s great to see this hotel online that it can provide oxygen. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I just parked the car. The responder greeted us warmly and helped with the luggage. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. We greeted and checked in. There are a lot of people staying, and there are many people eating. Mainly the staff has been smiling and very warm in such a busy situation. The hot spring is also worth running. Must be praised!
