I like the style of the hotel very much, the staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, I love it, I want to stay in this hotel next time, I have stayed in so many hotels this is my relatively satisfied one

本來心情不錯的，一路暢遊，因為有個朋友在道縣，路過一下吃個飯。當初還説訂的是多好的酒店（誰知就是個垃圾）這是本次旅遊最黑暗的時刻。從懷化到這裏走了差不多七個小時，停下來休息入住酒店洗澡，拿起毛巾發現還有一雙不明來歷的臭襪子根本不敢再用毛巾。然後向酒店説明，真是噁心到對毛巾有陰影！給的回覆是換個房間，好吧，那就換，然後！！吃完飯回來，剛剛接完攜程客服回訪。又遇到下一個問題，房間裏面有蟑螂！把全家人噁心到了！再換！反正一路就是在換房間的路上，訂了一個房，住了三個房。哈哈，酒店所有工作人員沒有一個是正視問題的態度，就是以堵代治逃避問題，你們給我換再多的房間都解決不了你們的致命問題！！衞生真的太差了！這次出行真是噩夢的存在！！！
