I have always trusted Ctrip’s quality control and management, and I hope Ctrip can improve its threshold and management level. This store really refreshed my understanding. There were used family planning supplies in the bathroom of the clean room. The front desk was responsible for going to the room to take photos and report to the leader in time. They also proposed to change my room. The hygiene was so unsatisfactory to me. It doesn't make any difference whether I change it or not. At the same time, I don't want to cause trouble to others. I'm not angry yet and don't want to write this comment. When we met the next day, the leader of your store asked me very enthusiastically if I had given my room card to anyone else? I said no, you can check the monitoring. The manager said that he had checked and it was true. At that time, I wanted to ask the manager, are you here to solve the problem or to intensify the conflict? I said a few perfunctory words of apology and would make corrections later, and then happily started to give reasons and excuses. As a hotel manager, if there is any problem, whose fault is it and who is responsible? I put it on the employees and learned a lesson.

I booked the seemingly best hotel in Yangpu for a business trip. Other facilities are okay. The bed foot sheet is dirty. This color is not good at first, and it is even more ugly and nauseous if it is dirty. The sofa is also very dirty with a lot of stains. The lobby feels like an ordinary hotel, which completely subverts my perception of a hotel at this price. There is no hotel dedicated parking space, and parking by the road is very unsafe. There is no parking space when I go back late. The breakfast is very average and I have no appetite.

The hotel has convenient parking, and there are places to eat, drink and play around, and it is very close to the Yangpu Bridge. It's a pity that I didn't take pictures on the bridge. The Yangpu Port in the sunset is really beautiful. The hotel breakfast tastes average, but from a nutritional point of view, it is comprehensive and healthy. The room is clean, tidy, and large enough. If you forget to bring a charging cable, the hotel provides a multi-head charging cable.

In Yangpu, it is one of the better hotels in the local area. Perhaps because of the lack of hotels here, it still can't compare with the hotels in Haikou on the whole. It's a bit away from the road and downtown, so this hotel is relatively quiet.

The water pressure in the bathroom is unstable, and it can be hot and cold in a bath. Others are pretty good.

The front desk of the hotel Ali Meimei is very enthusiastic and introduced me to many delicious places. The rooms are clean and bright. The TV cannot be adjusted, call the guest room, the guest room staff quickly came to the room to help debug the TV. When I checked out, the little girl at the front desk knew me and said hello, which was great
