環境挺好的，衞生乾淨

都還可以，設施有點老，尤其我房間空調，不開冷，開了聲音像拖拉機，實在吃不消。

房間太大空調不夠給力，開到最低也起碼需要半小時以上才能感覺到開始風涼，而且門的隔音和密封性不好，建議改善一下，還有就是照片不匹配，影音房一個都沒有，卻用的有投影儀的照片，入住後才發現沒有此設備

房間中有一股奇怪的味道，電熱水壺裡麪是發黴的，空調的聲音響得可以原地起飛 ，一晚上都沒睡好。

沒有早餐，房間窗户灰塵多，電視機前的條桌已斷裂不穩，洗澡後衞生間地面太滑長者容易跌倒，房間打掃還很及時，拖鞋太薄對於長者穿不太合適，房間裏沒有相關設備的説明，對於住客使用不知所措，而且會產生不會正確使用而造成設備的損壞。
