Bathroom sink water pressure, barely more than a trickle. View from window was looking at the roof of the lower floor. Television weird orientation, sticking out in the main pathway from the entry to either the bathroom or the bed and I kept bumping into it. Could hear every squeaky step taken in the room above.

Room was good and clean. The bathroom needs repair to the baseboards. Looks like water damage and was the same for the room we had before. Perfect setup for us as we had a dog and they were able to put us on the end of the first floor for easy access. Service was very nice and helpful. Lobby was clean and good free breakfast. We did need feather free pillows but they brought us the wrong ones so that was a bit of inconvenience because we are allergic to down. Overall good stay and will stay there again when we visit my parents. We’ve stayed twice.

The first room I stayed in had no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom lost power. The front desk was quick to offer me another room, the repairman was cordial and explained carefully the settings on the power panels in the room. This hotel continues to employ regular, kind people. Even with an unexpected problem, I can confidently recommend it.

Room was clean, bed was super comfy, and temp in room was easily adjusted. I did not give 5 stars due to noise. The door of bathroom and door on rooms were all old/so loud and we could hear others talking and coming in and going even though we werent around common areas .....but otherwise fantastic stay!

Breakfast was horrible. Upscale hotel with subpar breakfast makes no sense.

Average hotel. Food is mediocre compared to many of the hotels we have stayed at. We chose this place because it was very close to family we were visiting.

Mostly good As a general rule, I have good things to say about this hotel. However, it seems consistency in cleanliness and service is lacking. My room was fine and quite comfortable. Breakfast was great one day, and adequate another day. But the common areas of the hotel were not as clean. (garbage left on the back stairs for 2 days). Carpets not vacuumed. I also did not recieve one smile from any employees that I encountered. At the time of my stay the hotel parking lot was packed, so I get it, that everyone probably had a full plate of duties to attend to. But, service is part of the reason you stay at a hotel, so I hope to have a friendlier experience next time.

We booked a king suite with a sofa bed. When we checked in, the room we were given had a queen bed. When we went to rhe desk to clear it up, there was a sign that someone would be back soon. After they came back, they moved us to a new room. That room didnt have any linens for the sofa bed, or enough towels for the 3 people we reserved for. It all got worked out, but it was too much hassle for something that should have been easy. They blamed it on the fact that we booked thru *******, rather than directly with them.

Nice property. Just stayed 1 night. Room had dusty drawers and sticky dirty drawer handles. We left a note.
