The shower curtain had mold on it The couch was from the 90s and needs to be replaced The room smelled bad There were no blankets on the bed only thin sheets The front desk attendant was very nice

Hotel was a convenient location for a quick work trip. Arrived very late and checked out very early. The young man working the night shift was quick and efficient getting me checked in.

There was a big bag of garbage in the hall way when we checked in, and still laying there the next morning when we left. The room was much nicer then expected.

The room had an awful smell. The hotel can use some remodeling, but at least the bed was comfortable and clean.

First checked in the television in the room didn’t work. I was not happy with the smell and the cleanliness of the room did go to the front desk to let them know about the television at that time. I did not complain about the cleanliness or the smell in the room, but I did say the television did not work and if I could go to another room, I don’t mind paying the upgrade. They didn’t want to switch me rooms cause they said I had already been in the room, which was only like maybe 10 minutes, but I did end up figuring out the television situation. I won’t stay there again, very disappointed in the room and the cleanings of the hotel.

Just the right place for me. Support staff is very nice. Receptionists are very courteous.

The staff at check-in was friendly, but the rooms were extremely dirty. They are carpet rooms and you can tell they never run the vacuum cleaner. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I never expected a Best Western to be in this poor shape.
