We stayed at the Best Western Inntowner while visiting our son at UW-Madison. It’s conveniently located near campus and the UW hospitals. We liked how we could walk to campus and local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Stayed two separate Friday nights. Both times, Megan at the front desk checked us in and remembered us from the previous stay. She was very pleasant and helped get our TV working (previous tenant switched the HDMI cable port). Room and public areas were clean. The first Friday we had a room facing the freeway, but were not bothered by any traffic noise. Very comfortable beds (best nights' sleep we had on our 8-day journey). Breakfast both mornings was well stocked by staff. Checkout was quick and easy.

I was in this hotel for the second time as last time it was all fine. Even kept my parcel I didn't get last time . A month later , very happy . Otherwise many hotels just throw away Fountain Noise Line Class

We stayed one night in this hotel. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and included a mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Staff at complimentary breakfast was helpful. Breakfast had good selections. There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Nice location close to highway. A nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

It is a nice and well-maintained extended stay hotel. The location is quiet and the parking is plenty. The breakfast is nice although it could use some variety from meat Pattie’s. The elevator is slow but it is only three stories. So we walked. The nightly socials are hit and miss, depending on who is staffing. One night, only mashed potatoes were provided along with leftover salads from morning. Clearly the staff person had no interest cooking/preparing anything. Again, nightly socials are extras so I do not want to lower their rating.

Nothing too bad to report. I downloaded, and tried using their app, but nothing on the app worked. Couldn't check in. Didn't get a room key. Couldn't order amenities. No big deal though. We just had to do everything the old fashion way... Checked into a 1-bedroom suite. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The king bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. My ONLY complaint about the room was the furniture. The sofa and chairs were the MOST uncomfortable I've ever sat on. We ended up laying in the bed just to sit and watch tv... The pool was beyond expectations. Plenty of extras (see pictures) Super for kids and families. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy... The whirlpool was huge (see pics) and felt great after a long day of driving... No continental breakfast, but there is a tiny bistro where you can order things. FYI $3.17 for just a bottle of water... We didn't use it, but there is a really nice fitness area by the pool... I have to say, except for the uncomfortable room furniture, this place is absolutely superb. we're already talking about staying here again on our next visit to the area.
