Jefferson Inn Dandridge

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was quiet, could not hear much outside noise. Clean. Staff was very helpful.

Check-in was extremely slow, as it took 10 minutes, and during check-in, they weren't sure if the room was empty and walked back with me to check. Really?? Also, the Hotel smelled terrible from patrons smoking in their rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were multiple loud disturbances late at night/early morning on different days. I don't recommend it, and I don't plan to stay here again. Disappointing as I've stayed here before and it was fine.

Clean. Bed was comfortable for 1 person. Somewhat outdated but good for the price. Very quiet.

Convenient location, fast check in, very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

Cannot understand the bad reviews I read. For the price it cannot be beat, plus just a few miles away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The room was filthy! We have stayed at the hotel for many years when visiting it daughter in college. When we for I. The room this time there were stains all over bedspread, urine on and around toilet. It was disgusting and no one at desk could speak English to help us!

The hotel needs updates. The shower was good but the towels were near to rags. The breakfast consisted of two types of cereal and nothing else.

The appearance of this hotel from the photos is pretty accurate. But the carpet on the floors of the hallway will make you dizzy as you walk to your room. The furniture in the room is older and scarred. There were no usb ports for phone charging, the only "extra" outlet was in the base of the lamp, if you turned the lamp off, outlet didn't work. the tv was small 32". The continental breakfast was virtually non-existent. There were 2 dispensers of cold cereal. instant oatmeal, coffee, and a juice dispenser that was watered down. The coffee cups were the smallest Styrofoam cups that could be obtained. We selected this hotel because of the reviews of previous visitors (8.0/10) I think those may have been exaggerated by most. The drink vending machine in the lobby displayed 8 different varieties in the machine but SPRITE was the only thing not "sold out". Cleanliness was average, staff was not overly friendly. The night clerk was more interested in phone calls on her cell phone than customers at the desk. The a.m. clerk just sort of grunted when we told him we were checking out. Unless they did some major updating, I don't recommend staying here again

It was great until we went for breakfast. Coffee, milk, fruit loops, instant oak meal and apple juice was the extent of it. That's not even a continental breakfast 😒
