This hotel is lovely! We liked it so much we extended our stay another night! The boss is kind, thoughtful, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately our Chinese is not great so he added me on wechat so we could communicate more easily. We loved the sound of the river out the window! The breakfast is good, tasty veggies, bread, eggs and congee. Their dinner menu is delicious and local. We recommend their dry pot dishes! There are quite large grounds to explore and hang out in, we brought hammocks and the trees were perfect for hammock time.

Originally, I wanted to see the stockade. I lived in the county town and left overnight. Who thought that I lived in this hotel in the stockade, and stayed for two days and gave up the trip to Siguniang Mountain. Although the rent of the hostel in the stockade is similar, I think this hostel has three advantages. First, it is clean, similar to the standard Samsung hotel, much cleaner than most homestays. Second, the room was full of flowers. Later, I learned that the boss loved to plant flowers and said that flowers were better than people, haha. Third, the food is also very good. I live in this stockade. The restaurant does not seem to have it, so the food of the hostel is very important. The owner of the flowersmith in this store cooks the dishes himself, which is really fragrant. Very good experience, I will use this place as a place to empty in the future, Chengdu is not far away, I will stay for two days if I am annoyed.

The Danba Joy Secret Hotel where we stayed last night is a 100-year-old ******* residence. There are many cultural relics on display at the front desk. The entire residence is simple and elegant, with a new view at every step. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic. She called us on the way to ask about our itinerary and introduce nearby fun places and delicious restaurants. The aboriginals also have two cute puppies and a greedy cat named Joy. The room is very warm and the water is hot. Because it is winter, the scenery is a bit bleak. I hope to go there again if I have the chance.

The boss and the proprietress are very good. Before booking the room, I read the comments and said that the boss was fierce. In fact, they are very simple locals, and they will not be too unscrupulous and polite. The boss’s dishes are delicious, and the two people have three dishes on CD. The overall homestay includes the room with a sense of design. Recommended!

OK location, all hotels seem to be in eastern area of town. Host was really helpful at organising share taxi to local villages and onward travel, answered all our travel planning questions. Unfortunately cleaning was not very good, lots of marks all over glass shower window, clearly hasn’t been wiped in a long time. Toilet leaked from base when flushed so you can imagine what comes out onto floor. Found several small carpet bugs, didn’t bother us much but needs attention.

Very stylish, Tibetan homeowner Daxuan takes care of it and is very enthusiastic. Because there are few guests who are repairing the road into the village, they have been upgraded to a landscape room directly. The room is very comfortable, the public area is more comfortable, the semi-submersible restaurant, the roof sun room have a very comfortable sofa and reading space, except for the chickens, dogs, pigs, and there is no other sound in the village. It is a good place to empty. In order to facilitate self-driving to the next Yulou Museum, the road in the village is fully widened, and it is prohibited during the day. People can take the small road down, but the car running Li can't get in and out between 8 am and 6 pm, as if it can be repaired by next summer. Breakfast has two sets and noodles, although simple but tastes good.
