It was good time we spent at the hotel, beautiful big room with view on the pool. The owner is very kind and helped us, he drove and dropped off us at the bus station when we left the hotel. At the hotel there are bicycles which possible to use for the guests and we had a good trip to Dambulla Golden Temple on them. The hotel is near bus station and big fruit market. All was perfect!

Hotel was a bit hard to find but when you arrive the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond. Loved our time there, be sure to have the breakfast different spread everyday with local ingredients. Highly recommend.

An enjoyable two nights spent here. Very pleasant landscaping- trees and foliage. The rooms were roomy, comfortable with mosquito nets, tea and coffee facilities, wi fi access. Sanjeevani and her team made us the most delicious breakfasts- a wide assortment of Lankan food (stringhoppers, roti, godamba, pancake, toast, curries and sambols, fruit salad). Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool (after climbing Dambulla and Sigiriya ) it was nice to return to a cool and quiet place. Will we return again? Absolutely. Any suggestions? Please no air fresheners in the rooms.

We stayed at Freedom village, Dambulla for 3 nights B&B. We enjoyed our stay and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities as described but in the bathroom there were some rust in the bath tub and also drain stopper was missing. Breakfast options were great and delicious. We also had two dinners from them and it was great and prices were reasonable. Recommend for anyone who search places to stay in Dambulla.
