1. Hygiene: extremely poor! The room smelled of sewerage, the kettle was half filled with water, and the water glass contained half the remaining water from the previous group of guests. The toilet and sink were extremely dirty with all kinds of scale stains.
2. Environment: extremely bad! The surrounding grassland, parking lot, front and back of the house are full of garbage and cigarette butts. I can't find this resort on the navigation. It's actually called Gulieyan Resort. It's still 4-5 kilometers away from the location of Xilamuren Grassland Tourist Resort. According to the navigation, I can only reach the gate of a food factory. If you don't contact the hotel staff and send the location via WeChat, it will be impossible to find it.
3. Facilities: Poor! The 702 and 703 palace account yurts are ordered. The TV in room 702 could not be turned on. The window handle was backwards and the window could not be closed (see video). The room was basically not heated. It blew warm air for three minutes and then slept for 20 minutes, which made the room very cold at night. There was no water in the bathroom in Room 703, so my family came to Room 702 to wash themselves.
4: Service: Terrible! I came to the restaurant with my family at 7:55 in the morning and was asked to sit at table 10. Breakfast could only be served after there were 10 people at this table. I asked the staff, if I am not part of a tour group, do I still have to have breakfast with the tour group? Need a table of 10 people? The staff replied: This is how we are. If you want to eat, you can eat. If you don’t eat, we will close the meal at 8 o’clock in 3 minutes! I asked you what your attitude is, can you speak well? ! To sum up, this kind of yurt-type hotel knows that it's a one-time deal, so it doesn't matter. They just come and kill each one. They don't ask for repeat customers, so they have poor quality, high price and bad attitude! Very bad experience. I will never come here again and will stop everyone I know from coming here. I also hope that Ctrip will remove it from the shelves and stop cooperation.
