Yakut Apart Hotel

My 3rd stay this year, which says it all 👍. Excellent value for money, great location, clean, and comfortable.

Pool was great on a hot day Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and quiet though dated, the aircon in our room was noisy

The Yakut was basic clean and good value for the price .It was in a good position just 10 mins walk to the river .

Loved the quiet location yet with shops and transport nearby. The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.

The room was basic but very clean. Plenty of hot water when i needed it. Only a 5 minute walk into town. As a solo traveller i felt very safe. Absolute bargain price.

A DUMP The place was a dump. Chipped plates. Apartment needed updating. V v old furniture. Ok for budget hotel but wish it was clean. TV remote was not in the room so spoke with Hakan who could NOT do anything so we had NO TV. therefore had early nite in an uncomfortable bed. There was like warm water for a shower which did not have pressure. There were NO recent review’s therefore decided NEVER STAY in a place unless it has recent good reviews. The Owner was very nice.

Air-conditioning was not good. Toilet facilities were inconvenient.
