Fairmont Dallas

Dallas City Center
Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time you pulled into the valet parking lot until the day we checked out. Great experience! Would highly recommend this hotel.
The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas
4.6/571 Reviews
Dallas City Center
The Dallas Ritz-Carlton stands out for its top tier location and professional staff that treat you like a king. I was upgraded to a corner suite and it was grand with windows in two sides. Needed help with printing some documents and the staff helped me without any hesitation. I would stay here again when I return to Dallas.
W Dallas

Dallas City Center
I wasn’t able to get my room until after 4 pm. The room was dirty/ outside balcony furniture had holes and nasty q-tips on the ground. The hotel is under construction, so there no lobby area where you can sit and wait for your room. The front desk was not helpful at all.
The Adolphus, Autograph Collection
4.4/5101 Reviews
Dallas City Center
Front desk rep Jenna was so friendly, inviting, professional and helpful during my visit. I had several questions due to a work event at the Adolphus where we had to navigate what rooms to go to throughout the hotel had all the answers. Not to mention the hotel toooms were beautiful. Thank you Jenna for the excellent customer service you provided!
The Joule Dallas

Dallas City Center
Was looking forward to enjoying a day at the Joule, as a Dallas local but having never visited before. I had 4 hours of spa treatments booked and was looking forward to arriving early to use the pool and have lunch. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk how to get to the pool. They looked at me shocked I would even ask and said the pool was for hotel guests only. Now mind you, this was a Tuesday morning. Had it been a packed Saturday, I understand that priority would go to hotel guests. But given I was spending MORE at the spa than their room rates, I was shocked they refused to let me upstairs, even to have lunch and drinks! I visit hotel spas all the time and have never been turned away from using the facilities. Word of advice to Joule management—you often only get one shot to make a lifelong customer. I would have likely made this my spa of choice going forward and tried the restaurants and maybe even done a few staycations. It costs nothing to make an impression and let a high paying spa customer use the pool on a day when the hotel is empty (which is was btw—not a soul in the lobby or either of the lobby restaurants at lunch time).
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek
4.6/570 Reviews
A very comfortable hotel, quiet (only exception is when planes take off from the Love Field airport but it’s not so frequent and only during daytime), with large cozy rooms and fantastic beds. A/C totally under user’s control, which is a big plus for us European people. Professional staff, good breakfast (although a bit too expensive for what it is).
