Marriott Dallas Uptown

This Hotel and the personnel was great. It was a calm and quiet hotel, and everyone were helpful and kind.

Did not get to check in on time and had to beg to be put in my room for appropriate travel plans. Didn’t get to stay in the balcony room I paid for

Pool heater was not working when I arrived but the bigger issue was: night 2- an event was taking place above our room, which had a DJ. This was a Sunday night, and went on until midnight. My room was literally shaking. My son was in tears. After complaining to the front desk- I was treated terribly. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I used *******. Nothing was done to remedy any go this. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service.

No vest and no slipper the faucet flow is non existent no instruction for the coffee maker

Excellent Weekend We stayed two nights for our 25th anniversary and it was an amazing experience. The staff delivered Champagne, chocolates and flowers to our room just after arrival. What a great surprise. The room was huge, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city.

Great room, breakfast was excellent. Good location.

Great place for a quick stay in Dallas. Nice location and excellent staff! Would recommend!

Starbucks for the win n the restaurant food great

We had a great time at this Marriott! Valet was easy and more affordable than other hotels around. Saw a concert at Dos Equis and uber was convenient. Bar W is close and cool and Poco Fiasco pizza are good, both walking distance. Pool was very nice in the mornings and evenings! We would visit again!
