The hotel's equipment and environment are in good condition. The location is also very convenient for traveling. If I were to rate it, it would be super four-star facilities and five-star service. I seriously recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Zhongshan Square, Laohu Beach, and Bangchui Island. It is in an excellent location for both business and tourism. There are two buildings in Building A and Building B. The hotel not only provides accommodation but also caters. There is also Mingze Lake Park behind the hotel, which has a very good environment. The service attitude is very good, it feels like a five-star hotel. There are people who will guide you and carry your luggage when you enter the hotel, 👍. After talking about things in the afternoon, I don’t feel like going out in the evening, so I plan to settle it in the hotel. It’s so convenient to live upstairs and eat downstairs. There is a restaurant downstairs with various private rooms and private tables. We eat in the private room on the 4th floor of Building A. There is no minimum spend yet. The food is pretty good, costing around RMB 80 per person, which subverts my previous perception that eating in hotels is expensive. I highly recommend trying it. After dinner, we went for a walk in Mingze Lake Park behind the hotel, which was very pleasant. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and there are charging stations. Most hotels rarely have charging stations. The hotel was newly renovated last year, but there is no new decoration smell at all. Unlike other five-star hotels, the lobby smells like perfume when you enter the lobby. It is super four-star. Standard.

The price and star rating are seriously inconsistent with the accommodation experience. To be honest, I spent more than 700 to stay in an express hotel. 1. Facilities: The bathroom door of the first room I checked in was broken. I will change it to another room (suite) in the future. There is nothing else in the house except a bed, TV, and phone. 2. Environment: The interior decoration is aging, the sofa is dirty, and the bedding has been washed with water. When I returned to the hotel after dinner at 11 o’clock, there was no quilt on the bed. I called the front desk to ask for quilts, and the staff arranged by the front desk came from another room. A quilt. At the same time when checking out, the front desk staff did not have the service quality that any service provider should have, and their attitude was extremely perfunctory. To sum up, this is an extremely uncomfortable accommodation experience. I don’t know how such service and environment can be rated as 4 stars (personally, I feel that all express hotels are better than this). In addition, I would like to state that I rarely review hotels. Basically, as long as they are passable, I won't care about them. But this time it was really unbearable.

Later, it was basically normal to ask the front desk to change rooms. And the air conditioner in the room doesn't work, it's very cold at night

The price/performance ratio is slightly lower, the new room smells of formaldehyde, and the old room has various old and damaged facilities. The service staff didn't know anyone was staying, so they swiped the card and pushed the door open without apology. There were no sockets at the bedside. There were mosquitoes, mosquito coils but no mosquito coils. The air conditioning controls were broken and there were no numbers. The tables and chairs were covered with dirt and were not cleaned properly. It can be seen from the facilities that it was a luxury hotel 20 years ago. Now that the facilities have become old and deteriorated, it would be better to stay in a quick and comfortable hotel. There are also advantages, the room is large.

Staying during the May Day period, the service during the peak tourist season is understandable. However, for a four-star hotel, there is only one pair of slippers, broken glass that has not been cleaned up next to the bed, and there is no hot water after 10 minutes. What is even more embarrassing is that the phone is not working. It doesn't work, I can't call the front desk, it's the worst hotel I booked on Ctrip.
