The service was really good and the rooms were spacious. My only feedback was that the hotel was very near to the road and it's quite loud at night. Lastly, we thought the hotel will help to take our laundry out from the washer to dry for us but they didn't. We came back and saw it's still in the machine. It's fine because it's an extra service which they are not obligated to do for us.

Both the rooms and public areas are incredibly photogenic. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They even offered shuttle service for coming and going, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious and everything was impeccably clean. All in all, I highly recommend it!!! 😊😊😊

We were very satisfied with the room. We had a direct view of Erhai Lake from the balcony as soon as we opened the window, and a wetland park is right outside the entrance. For the peak summer season, being able to book such a room at this price exceeded our expectations, especially as other similar properties were typically priced at 1,000-2,000 yuan. The owner was also incredibly helpful; she assisted with our luggage and even arranged a private car for our trip to Lijiang. The service was flawless.
