The hotel is located halfway up Cangshan Mountain, offering a quiet environment with lush greenery. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with an abundance of flowers. For the price, the hotel's natural surroundings certainly meet expectations, but everything else is just passable. The restaurant food, however, is quite good.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's located halfway up the mountain, but the lobby offers free shuttle services to four different locations: the Ancient City, Chong Sheng Temple, and two cable car stations. They also provide room service. My room rate this time included a fruit platter and an afternoon tea set. The afternoon tea was excellent – a three-tiered stand with nuts and cakes. I stayed in a sea-view room overlooking Erhai Lake, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent, and their responses were prompt. They handled issues professionally and quickly. They even upgraded us to a large suite for free. It would be even better if the breakfast were tastier and offered more variety.

Booked this hotel in Dali with my girlfriend. It's located on the hillside right next to Dali Ancient City, so it's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel grounds are beautiful, almost like a park, with all independent villas. For some of the further rooms, they even offer a shuttle service. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and greeting guests, and helped us take our luggage to the room. The room itself was elegantly decorated and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and I'll try a different room type next time.

The hotel environment is fantastic, truly an escape from the world. We traveled with our child and they upgraded our room for free, which was much larger and came with a courtyard and a terrace, both absolutely beautiful. The service was also incredibly attentive; when my child's clothes and shoes got wet, the butler even brought us a drying rack, hangers, and laundry detergent. There's also a kids' play area that's very clean and new. And the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious! Out of all the hotels we've stayed at from Kunming to Dali, this one had the best breakfast. We rented a car and drove ourselves, and we could park right outside our courtyard, which was very convenient. Our package also included a travel photoshoot, which turned out great. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance. We've been missing it ever since we left. Oh, and it's also quite close to the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and the Old Town.

Environment: The environment is great, very quiet. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is okay, but there's a strange smell. I'm not sure if it's coming from the drains. Service: The service was also pretty good! The hotel's public areas are quite nice too!

The room was clean and smelled lovely upon entering. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic. While the hotel breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the taste was excellent. The complimentary travel photography service provided by the hotel was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and it even came with a private hot spring tub. The housekeeper was very prompt with cleaning and restocking the mini-bar. Plus, the complimentary travel photoshoot turned out amazing!
