This hotel was really amazing! They offer pick up services from the train station and we wanted an impromptu 1 day private hire and they arranged it for us :-) the free photoshoot was stunning with the view of erhai! It’s situated right beside 双廊, with great food options and shopping available. Our personal butler was very responsive to all our questions and even provided a list of attractions and food choices.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. As a foreigner, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Communication via WeChat was seamless. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and something that I looked forward to everyday. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and assisted me with any questions I had. They even helped me arrange a private transfer to my next destination Lijiang. My room was first class, and it had an amazing view. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have been to Shuanglang many times. I have always known that it is a journey of a thousand miles alone, but it is indeed my first time staying here. I was just poor and reluctant to spend money haha. But this time I really feel that it is worth the money! The housekeeper Xiao Yang contacted me two days in advance and asked us whether we would drive or take a car. After we arrived, he was very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage. We didn’t have to do it ourselves. When we arrived at the B&B, the sun was setting. It was so beautiful that I cried. The garden room I booked this time was really beautiful. This time it was really worth it and lived up to my expectations.

The sea view is very good, and Cangshan Mountain is directly opposite. Afternoon tea, breakfast, good night milk, I like everything 😄.
