Response from Property: Hello, we are very sorry for the unpleasant experience. The room you extended your stay in had already been booked for the following day before your check-in. The front desk also informed you in advance that you would need to change rooms if you extended your stay. The photos you took showing the fixed bedside table made us realize the shortcomings in our hygiene, and we will make corresponding improvements. It has been raining continuously in Dali recently, and mold appeared in the corner of the bathroom, which we have also dealt with promptly. In some rooms, the bathroom is one or two meters away from the bed, but all our bathrooms have doors and ventilation, so there is no odor and it is not stuffy. We apologize again for the unpleasant experience and will make corresponding improvements. We wish you a happy and fulfilling stay.
