Response from Property: 感謝您的如實反饋，也抱歉讓您和父母在進門時多走了一段路。您提到的門口樓梯的8個台階，確實是我們白族民居古建風格的一部分，兩側的河底石是大理本地的老石頭，為了保留這份古樸的感覺，我們沒能做到完全無障礙的坡道，對此給您和父母帶來的不便，我們深表歉意，不過請您放心：衹要您提前致電前台，我們一定第一時間安排員工出來幫您搬運行李，攙扶長者。進入大堂後就有電梯直達樓層，客房內是無障礙的。希望這份古樸的味道沒有太影響您的父母的出行體驗，希望您下次再來大理，請提前告訴我們，我們會早早等在門口~祝二老身體健康，闔家幸福！

Perhaps you have some misunderstanding about Chinese-style decoration. Our hotel lobby has a rest area and a complimentary tea area. You can also chat with the staff in the lobby while enjoying tea. The environment is quite decent. Also, it seems that no other hotel near Dali University has rooms as spacious as ours at the same price point. As locals, we won't comment too much online and will reserve our opinion. Thank you for your stay and review.
