The host was very welcoming and friendly. He helped us take photos at the rooftop and even willing to translate from Chinese to English using an app when we told him that we can't speak Chinese. When we told him we had to leave early the next morning to catch our train, he kindly prepared some food for our breakfast. Appreciate his thoughtfulness!

The view from the room is fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The owner was very kind and patient to explain Dali and give recommendations specifically to your interests. He is also an avid photographer, so you can ask him for tips and guidance on taking nice photos. I ordered some stuff from taobao that came late, but the owner was generous to help me forward it at his own cost!

If you're coming to Dali, choosing a B&B with fantastic scenery and views is incredibly comfortable. This particular B&B has an absolutely prime spot in this villa district. There's nothing obstructing the front view; you look out over a tree-covered hillside, far from any street noise. From the front lawn, it genuinely feels like Erhai Lake is practically just downstairs. The bedding and other amenities are top-notch, clearly exuding quality the moment you see them. We even wanted to book an extra night after our road trip back from Shangri-La, but unfortunately, it was fully booked! 😂 A huge thanks to the owner for the complimentary local green grapes – they were absolutely delicious! ~

The owner's meticulous care shines through in every detail, from the plants to the flowers. The expansive, unobstructed terrace offers unparalleled views, perfectly capturing the serene majesty of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. Simply perfect!

Love chasing sunset at the garden terrace and just enjoying the view there. Minsu owners were very hospitable and nice. Always making sure we are well dressed for windy or wet weather days and also giving us fruits to eat. They also have travel guide for guests. Breakfast was delicious. Easy to didi around and u can easily order food online from Mei Tuan to be delivered there. Owner also recommended nearby place to eat and food was delicious.

Situated at the southeast of Erhai, our hostel was peaceful and relaxing. The room was cosy yet spacious with homely and charming decorations. The view of the mountain and Erhai lake was absolutely stunning throughout the day. To top it off, the hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were simple yet delicious. The host graciously let us do our laundry with their washing machine. Thank you so much for the great and memorable experiences! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous homestay! 杨总 linked us up with local driver to bring us around Dali. It made our traveling much more convenient for a family of 7 pax. They also accommodated to our request for early breakfast on the day of check out. 老板娘 had to wake up early to prepare 小米粥 for us. Much appreciated! Her 米线 is delicious too. Highly recommend to stay here for the beautiful view of the lake and mountain!

It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very generous. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

The views are stunning. The host is very hospitable, and the room, while simple, shows incredible attention to thoughtful details, providing absolutely everything you could need. It's clear a lot of care and effort went into everything.

Excellent value for money. It's fully equipped with everything you could need, even a hair straightener! Plus, getting to the airport is incredibly convenient and quick.
