The environment is great, and it's close to the ancient city, making it perfect for photos. The bedding is very comfortable. The butler was incredibly attentive. The hotel even provides straw hats and small straw bags for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. For breakfast, you can choose your own main course.

Out of the three guesthouses my friends and I stayed at during our Dali trip, Warm Stay definitely deserves a full five-star review! The location is superb – close to the ancient city yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Our room was spotless, and we had a stunning view of Cangshan Mountain right from our window. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and responsive. Every evening, they even prepared a lovely sweet soup for us, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The facilities are high-quality too. This is absolutely our top choice for Dali, and we'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Warmth Hotel definitely lived up to being the first place I stayed after traveling thousands of miles. The thoughtful reminders from the butler before my trip and the lovely room upgrade video made me feel so welcome even before I arrived. Once I got there, every detail of the hotel's design perfectly matched my aesthetic – it was sophisticated and stylish, a true oasis of calm amidst the bustling ancient city. My only regret is that my stay was so brief. A big thank you to my butler; the welcome gift was a sweet touch. This will undoubtedly be my top choice for my next visit to Dali.

I absolutely loved this guesthouse! The location is superb, and the rooms are really well-designed, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Plus, the coffee they make is amazing – truly professional! It's super convenient to walk to the ancient city at night for a drink. This is definitely the best value-for-money inn around the ancient city.

A very quiet and peaceful hotel near the south gate of the ancient city. This time I stayed in 'Fuyao' on the top floor, which was very spacious and came with a large private terrace. The 270-degree view was particularly elegant on a rainy day. They also offered thoughtful afternoon tea and late-night sweet soup. The butler's service was attentive and meticulous. It was a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle during this May Day holiday. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely come back next time ❤️

The Hansgrohe bathroom system is really high-end, and the Acqua di Parma toiletries, same as those used in Four Seasons hotels, are a nice touch. The room environment is excellent. Most importantly, the one-on-one butler service was incredibly attentive.

This guesthouse is right across from Dali Ancient City, offering a super convenient location and stunning views of Cangshan Mountain. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The large balcony with a reclining chair, perfect for lounging, enjoying the breeze, and admiring the Cangshan scenery, was just bliss. All the facilities are brand new and smart – the curtains and air conditioning can be controlled via Xiao Du's smart voice assistant. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, and a B&O Bluetooth speaker with amazing bass that really sets the mood. The hotel's service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. Someone picked us up from the airport, and every day featured a different breakfast. They also offered afternoon tea, and their waffles were absolutely divine – so fragrant! They even made an extra batch for us when they realized how much we loved them! In the evenings, there was a complimentary sweet soup before bed. The service was truly impeccable! Upon arrival, we were assigned a dedicated butler who was always responsive to our requests, and they offered free laundry and drying services. Our butler was very considerate, even reminding us to dress warmly based on the outside temperature. Our stay was an amazing experience; we didn't have to worry about a thing. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. All the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!
