The receptionist, Xiaofeng, and the housekeeper were very enthusiastic, responsive, and very good at solving problems. They also helped us take our luggage to the room. The overall environment is great! The afternoon tea tasted very good, and it was no different from the outside. The fourth floor and the basement floor were also very photogenic. The room is not big. I stayed one day with street view and one day with sea view. The glass of the street view is double-layered. Although it faces the street, it is not noisy. The room with street view is relatively small. I brought my children with me and felt that I couldn't turn around in the room. If you are traveling with children, it is more comfortable to choose a larger one. The sea view is very good, and it is very beautiful to take pictures on the balcony. The photos taken during the hotel's cooperation trip are also very beautiful. The housekeeper Xiaofeng is also very considerate and responsive throughout the trip~

The hotel is very well located, very close to the ancient city gate, the housekeeper Xiaofeng was very courteous, contacted us in advance, and then arranged the car to help us move our luggage! The room is really stunning, full of design, and the view is top notch! The hotel knew that the weather in Yunnan was dry and carefully prepared a mask for us! When we left the hotel also gave us black sugar as a small gift! The overall experience was so very good!

The first time I visited Dali, I went to Shuanglang Ancient Town and chose this hotel. I have to say that the actual experience was similar to my expectations, or even higher than my expectations. The facilities and decoration of the room were very good, and the sanitary conditions were also very good. Outside the window was the Erhai Lake, with beautiful scenery. The staff were very polite, enthusiastic, meticulous and responsible, and I would like to give special praise to Xiaofeng.

The location of the homestay is excellent. It is located in the center of the ancient town and is very convenient for travel. What is even more surprising is that it is close to Erhai Lake. Living in a room facing the sea, it seems to be integrated with Erhai Lake. Even on rainy days, I couldn't see the Erhai Lake under the sun, but the Erhai Lake in the rain has a unique charm and is still beautiful. I have to mention the service here. The housekeeper is warm and thoughtful. He picked us up and helped check in the luggage throughout the whole process, making our check-in and departure easy and smooth. Especially Xiaofeng, the service was meticulous and left us a deep impression. The room has a beautiful environment, warm and comfortable layout, and every detail shows the care. There is also delicious free Tremella soup in the evening, and the sweetness is just right. The public area is also very suitable for taking pictures, whether in the rain or on sunny days, you can take amazing photos.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, a nice view from the balcony, free parking, and the hotel entrance is in the ancient town. The housekeeper came to the parking lot to pick us up and helped to drag the luggage all the way to the hotel to check in. We stayed for 3 nights. The housekeeper Xiaofeng provided thoughtful service. Every afternoon tea order was delivered to the room and the refrigerator was soft. In the evening, good night sweet soup was delivered, and delicious food near the ancient town was recommended. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared facial masks and steam eye masks, and gave handmade brown sugar when checking out. They helped to drag the luggage to the parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to eat in the ancient town!
