Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible.
