住的是208，房間窗户較小，可能是由於房價便宜的原因給了採光不好的房間，理解。談談感受：1、停車：停車真的方便，車位很多；2、房間有兩瓶冰露，還有果盤，點贊；3、位置：比較偏僻，周圍附近沒有便利店也沒飯館；4、房間蚊子多，住了兩天打死了七八衹；5、兩張床中間壁紙開裂，有小蟲子進出

優點：房間內衞生很好，乾淨整潔；早餐及時補充，服務人員態度很好。缺點：一樣的價格兩間房設施不一樣，301沒有衣櫃，鏡子和沙發；301房間特別冷，感覺窗户漏風，我們都感冒了，空調不起作用，問前台説沒供暖（還帶輕蔑的笑）；續住不放飲用水，打電話給前台態度很不好，最後在樓道找保潔要的水；下雨天進來太冷了，問前台要杯熱水，理都不理，我們説了幾遍才不情不願的給了幾個執法大隊送的杯子（如下圖）。總結：前台服務態度很差，空調是個擺設。

毛巾有污漬，屋裡有蒼蠅，告訴前台處理掉，前台説看一下，然後看見了繼續養着，主講一個不殺生。前台不專業服務差，問她會議室在哪，他説開會沒人通知你嗎？你就告訴我會議室在幾樓就可以了，怎麼，會議室這麼隱祕嗎，不能讓別人知道在幾樓。

春節帶家人度假，備選了幾個酒店，最終決定入住潤鴻大廈。一是環境較好，房間較為寬敞；二是配套設施較全，停車方便；三是訂有早餐房型也解決了節日吃飯問題（可惜酒店因過節取消了早餐供應，白白多花了20元）。

環境清幽，距離東府廣場近，晚上宵夜比較方便，賓館也有自己都餐廳吃飯方便。房間空間大，適合商務辦公，衞生乾淨整潔，前台接待小妹妹態度温和，笑容甜美，服務周到貼心，空調製冷效果好，窗簾和浴簾都是電動控制對於本次入住，必須要給個好評！
