NIA Hotel

I've stayed at several hotels in Da Lat, but this is the first time I've been so satisfied. While it's a bit pricey, the satisfaction level easily surpasses that of a five-star hotel. First off, the hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping's attention to detail. They noticed my partner and I drink a lot of water and, without us even asking, they doubled the complimentary bottled water. That was incredibly touching! I also didn't realize until later that laundry service is free. The breakfast, while not having a massive selection, offered only delicious options, all well-prepared. I am genuinely beyond satisfied. From now on, whenever I stay in Da Lat, it will only be at this hotel. As a side note, the water pressure is excellent, but the water quality is typical Southeast Asian, which can't be helped. Definitely bring a filter!

Huge thanks to Nia Hotel for making my Dalat trip perfect! I stayed for three nights, and the staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious too. My three-night stay happened to be over Chinese New Year's Eve, the first day, and the second day of the new year, which is also Tet for Vietnamese people. It was only after coming to Da Nang that I truly appreciated the peaceful beauty of Dalat, and Nia Hotel truly enriched my memories of this trip. Even though many shops were closed for the holiday, you could always find great food and drinks within a ten-minute walk. Just look for a restaurant with a lot of locals, and you can't go wrong.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff, especially the gentlemen, all spoke excellent English and provided exceptional service. The room service was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend! 👍

Deeply loved this hotel and grateful to all the staff. The room was very quiet and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. It's a five-star service; all the staff are highly professional and very enthusiastic, trying their best to meet our needs and offer assistance. The hotel breakfast was also rich, fresh, and very hygienic, with noodles made fresh to order. The coffee was excellent! The room was meticulously cleaned every day! It even had a small balcony! Highly recommend staying here!
